Paul Kuhn was a German pianist, arranger and bandleader. He was best known as the leader of the SFS Big Band (Sender Freies Berlin). During this time, as leader of the SFB Big Band, he was a guest on numerous television programs, including the major international show series Gala-Abend der Schallplatte in 1969, 1971 and 1973. Just as legendary were the dance music programs and the series Paul’s Party.
From the mid-1990s he was again active in jazz. The Paul Kuhn Trio consisted of him on piano and vocals, Willy Ketzer on drums, and Martin Gjakonovski on bass.
