Submit a missing / broken tracks(s) report

  • Please submit a new report for each Catalogue number / SKU that contains broken- or is missing tracks using the form on this page.
  • You can find the Catalog Number SKU in your downloads list. It is highlighted in this example screenshot:

After a report is submitted

– If you did not start a conversation with us about the error, please do so now, mention your order number so we can reply!

– If you already opened a support request we will reply you there with the link. The NativeDSD staff is notified or your request in this form and will look for your request in the support ticket system.
