Submit a missing / broken tracks(s) report

  • Please submit a new report for each Catalogue number / SKU that contains broken- or is missing tracks using the form on this page.
  • You can find the Catalog Number SKU in your downloads list. It is highlighted in this example screenshot:

After a report is submitted

If you already started a support conversation with us, we will likely reply you there with a link to the track(s) in error you submitted. Otherwise a separate email will be sent to you from our support address.

Please allow up to 7 days for us to process this request. In the meantime, you can try downloading the track(s) in error again using our downloader if you haven’t tried that yet, it may just fix it!
