{"product_id":"grv1040-jacintha-goes-to-hollywood","title":"Jacintha Goes To Hollywood","description":"Jacintha Goes To Hollywood sees the sensual and seductive-voiced chanteuse take on the challenge of performing theme songs and other well known movie related tunes. The program features an eclectic mix of musical material, from the almost over familiar \"Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head\" and \"California Dreaming\" to \"On Days Like These\" from the original British version of The Italian Job.\r\n\r\nHer almost solemn and low key performance of \"California Dreaming\" will completely blow you away as will her thrillingly dynamic and bossa tinged take on \"The Windmills Of Your Mind.\" Add in a few other classics like \"Alfie,\" \"Que Sera Sera\" plus a fabulous light 60s-ish version of \"A Man \u0026amp; A Woman\" (with electric piano and bongos) and voila! - you have the makings of another Jacintha classic.\r\n\r\nFeaturing Anthony Wilson on guitar, Iskandar Ismail on piano, Larry Goldings on Hammond B-3, and Ricky Woodward on sax, the album was recorded all analog at 15 ips on 2 inch 24-track masters and these multitrack masters were mixed down to 1\/2 inch 30 ips stereo at Sunset Sound by Joe Harley (producer) and Mike Ross (engineer). The 1\/2 inch stereo analog masters were transferred to DSD 64 Stereo by David Glaser at Airshow Mastering. This release represents some of Jacintha’s finest work for Groove Note and will be a sure hit with her fans and anyone who enjoys audiophile quality female vocals!\r\n\r\n\"The nickel?\" asks Robert De Niro as Monroe Stahr in \"The Last Tycoon\", written by F. Scott Fitzgerald... \"The nickel is for the movies\".\r\nThis album is for \"The Kicks\", Joan Didion and Tyrus. Here's to the movies.\r\n- Jacintha\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n* NativeDSD makes this recording available for the first time as a DSD Download to a wider audience, outside the US and Canada.\r\n* NativeDSD exclusively offers this recording as DSD 128 and DSD 256 Downloads (see Tech Specs for more info).","brand":"Groove Note Records","offers":[{"title":"DSD 256 \/ 2ch Stereo","offer_id":56739184607556,"sku":"GRV1040-16","price":29.99,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":true},{"title":"DSD 128 \/ 2ch Stereo","offer_id":56739184640324,"sku":"GRV1040-15","price":25.99,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":true},{"title":"FLAC 192 kHz \/ 2ch Stereo","offer_id":56739184673092,"sku":"GRV1040-6","price":20.99,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":true},{"title":"FLAC 96 kHz \/ 2ch Stereo","offer_id":56739184705860,"sku":"GRV1040-7","price":19.99,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":true},{"title":"DSD 64 \/ 2ch Stereo","offer_id":57310243193156,"sku":"GRV1040-14","price":23.99,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0966\/7900\/2436\/files\/Artboard_6c988ef3-b9b3-464c-8adb-bec12f3509c0.jpg?v=1790503415","url":"https:\/\/www.nativedsd.com\/products\/grv1040-jacintha-goes-to-hollywood","provider":"NativeDSD Music","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
