This page is intended for listeners that want to add a certain resolution/channel combination for an album that they already own.
Please note that additional resolutions come at the pricing specified here.
Step 1
Find the SKU / Catalogue numbers you would like to upgrade
- You can find the Catalog Number/ SKU in your downloads list. It is highlighted in this example screenshot:
Continue completing the form and hit submit.
Step 2
After a report is submitted
- NativeDSD will try to fullfill your order within 5 working days.
- The pending-payment order will then become available in your account with a link to pay the fee.
The fee will be posted in € (euro). Your financial institution will convert it to match your own currency, if applicable. Taxes may apply.
Please note that if you request an SKU and/or quality that does not exist, we do not notify you and will ignore the request.
