Art Station

Live In Memory Of is a Jazz album that features the clearly articulate, beautiful bass sounds of Krisztián Pecek Lakatos, a musician who is in his late twenties.

Dzsozi Blues starts with an improvisation by Krisztián Pecek Lakatos with a discreet drum accompaniment of Elemér Balázs. Then with a restless saxophone, the trio submerges in hard bop.

The composition written in memory of Géza Pecek Lakatos leads us in a peaceful world with the romantic playing of József Balázs. In Free Will the band is expanded to a quartet and plays more freely.

Bach and Monk appear on the horizon with styles, moods and formations changing constantly in the tracks. Lakatos Pecek Krisztián’s album is an eclectic but valid entry into the world of adult musicians.
