The single is on famed recording engineer and producer Jim Anderson's Anderson Audio NY label. Donald Vega says "This composition is a celebration of and thank you to all the women in my life both in Nicaragua and here in the US:My mother, aunties, godmother, abuela, sisters, primas, my wife, my daughter - this song is a celebration of their beauty and strength and I am forever grateful for each one of them." As I Travel depicts poignant moments in the personal journey of Donald Vega beginning from his hometown in Masaya, Nicaragua through his worldwide travels performing as an established artist. Mr. Vega illustrates this emotional journey, leaving his home country due to civil war and entering America as an undocumented immigrant through a mix of original compositions.
