John Williams Movie Magic

There is no name more timeless and resonant in the landscape of film music than that of the legendary John Williams. In celebration of his 90th birthday - the Audiophile Society is proud to present a new recording of Williams' most iconic film scores, including "Star Wars," "Indiana Jones," "Jurassic Park," and "Harry Potter." Movie Magic performed by the world renowned Steven Mercurio and the Czech National Symphony Orchestra, and delivered to you with the unparalleled clarity and depth. The Czech National Symphony Orchestra is no stranger to the silver screen, having previously recorded Ennio Morricone's Academy Award winning score for Quentin Tarantino's "The Hateful Eight". The Grammy award-winning orchestra is a favorite among film composers and has been praised for its versatility and unique ability to bring film scores to life. To capture the most accurate representation of the Czech National Orchestra's stellar sound, the album was recorded with just two omnidirectional microphones suspended above the conductors head, fed into a state of the art mic pre amp, and digitally recorded in 192K/24bit PCM. The high-resolution audio captures all of the detail and nuance of the orchestra's performance, ensuring that the listener experiences the music exactly as Williams and Mercurio intended.
