Additional Resolution Request

Please note that additional resolutions come at the pricing specified here.

Step 1

Find the SKU / Catalogue numbers you would like to purchase for.

  • You can find the Catalog Number SKU in your downloads list. It is highlighted in this example screenshot:

Step 2

After a report is submitted

  • Pay for the order via your account. We will add the order to your account with a link to pay the fee. Please allow about 24 hours after submitting here and the order will show up.

If you already opened a support request about the request we will reply you there with the orderlink as well.

The NativeDSD staff is notified or your request in this form and will look for your request in the support ticket system.
