Fulvio Pierangelini is known as one of Italy’s best known Chefs as well as a Songwriter and Singer. He was at the height of his fame as a Chef when he closed his restaurant, Gambero Rosso, in 2008 to focus on his singing.
Pierangelini says “The more talent you have, the more you have a responsibility to care for it and to cultivate it. Emotion and consciousness cannot go back. When singing, I tell my simple stories. For me, it all comes down to a phrase from Jacques Brel who says. “It took talent to get old and not become an adult.”
