The Balázs Elemér Quartet (BEQ)

Elemér Balázs founded the Balazs Elemer Quartet in 2000 with young Hungarian Jazz musicians.

Since then, they have been regular performers at European Jazz Festivals but have also played in legendary American clubs such as the Deer Head Inn, Smalls, Jazz Standard, Regatta and Blue Note.

They have released 9 albums with guest appearances by renowned artists such as Tim Ries, Charlie Mariano and Núria Rial.
