Prelude Classics

Prelude Classics is a company founded on a passion for recording and a love of producing audio products of the highest quality.

The owner, Michał Bryła, comes from a family with musical traditions and is a lecturer at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw and a member of the world-renowned Meccore String Quartet, having performed all over the world for many years. Through his experience in the matter of recording and cooperation with: Polish Radio, Radio France, Bayerischer Rundfunk, Rai3, Radio Poznań, Radio Stephansdom, NDR, SWR, as well as television broadcasters TVP and ZDF, as an artist he has decided to share his own form of aesthetics of realised projects and directing art with the audience.

The premise of the ongoing publishing activity is to attempt to present to a wider audience the repertoire that is generally regarded as masterpieces of solo works and  chamber music by Champions of the period. It is in Baroque music and Romantic prorgramme that Music Record Manufacture Prelude Classics specialises in the context of its projects.

The company’s recording activities are geared towards capturing audio recordings in the highest possible sound quality, taking also into account surround sound formats. However, the highest realisation quality is to be the vehicle here, as well as a form of redirection in the perspective of the soloist’s artistic vision, so that the emotional message is the leading one.
