Studio Konzert: II with Wolfgang Lackerschmid & The Brazilian Trio is a Direct to 2 Track Analog Recording transferred to DXD.  It features the love of Brazilian music runs like a thread through Wolfgang Lackerschmid’s musical career.

Whether during his time in the USA or on tours through Europe, greats of Brazilian and Latin jazz such as Romero Lubambo, Claudio Roditi or Paquito D’Rivera are always found in the vibraphonist’s band projects and play not only traditional literature but also Lackerschmid’s compositions influenced by Brazilian rhythm and form. This is how the collaboration with the Brazilian Trio came about, a congenial alliance with the pianist Hélio Alves, the drummer Duduka da Fonseca and the bassist Nilson Matts.

Wolfgang Lackerschmid and his trio enchanted the great audience with breathtaking runs, rhythmic patterns and the many timbres of the vibraphone.

Studio Konzert: This is the large, atmospheric studio hall that has already inspired numerous jazz greats to achieve top performances. This is the utmost concentration of the artists, motivated to the tips of their fingers, on the special moment. This is an attentive audience captivated by the magic of the moment. Because this is the only way to create fascinating moments in a unique concert environment.
